Looking for some rec for Misc hardware for the power user. Video/MB/RAM/CPU are the main components power users target. What about those other cards in the box?

SoundCard - Same question
HDTV Card - Same Question
HD Coolers - Same Question

And any other Misc Hardware stuff you can think of
