Power Down, Turns Back On

Looking for some help here.

Asrock Z87 OC Formula motherboard.

When I power off the system, it powers back on. If I hold down the Power Button for 10 seconds it turns off and stays off. I am using the Power Button on the motherboard and removed the switch connections. I am running Windows 8 with the latest patches and using the AC wireless connection.
I have turned off the following in the Bios:
WAKE ON LAN
WAKE ON WAN
