I am experiencing dips in voltage as evidenced by my fans and hard drive slowing down and speeding back up. could this be a problem with too low wattage of power supply,or a line voltage issue? 1.2gig athlon ,asus a7v133,dvd,7200 rpm Maxtor 40 gig ultra133,256 meg pc133 ram,audigy platinum,geforce2 mx400
 
I would expect either of those to have plenty of power, unless the older one is just giving up on you.

Might want to look into a power conditioner if it's bothering you.
