6800 GT vs. X1950 PRO, which of the two cards consumes more power? I need to replace my 6800 GT on my aging system but im not sure if my current power supply will provide enough juice for the newer card.My power supply is a Tagan 480W (28A single +12V).

Recommended power supply for the Pro is 30a on the +12v rail. If you have 28a, that should be close enough unless your +12v rail has degraded over time.

both are correct, as long as you're not running a highly overclocked quad and xfire/sli.
