Power consumption

Hi guys,

Trying to build my fist small factor pc to be my primary "entertainment system" and I am having some issues with the parts.

I am looking into the Shuttle SN85G4 case with 240W PS as a platform. This unit is based on the nForce 3 system (which is ok with me). Anyhow, my issue is power. This is my theoretical setup. Will the 240W be enough?

Into the SN85G4 we include:

Radeon 9700 PRO AGP (wattage?)
Theatre 650 PCI (wattage ?)
Athlon XP 3000+ (939 winchester) (89W)
2 x 512 MB of RAM
1 x 250 gig HD (wattage ?)
1 x DVD burner (wattage ?)

This is it in a nutshell. My main concern is power consumption of the Radeon and Theatre video cards. I would like to use this system not only to watch and record TV but also to play a "classic" game or two. Anyone has a clue how much juice both cards use under full load?

Thanks for all your input!

PS: are there any good sites which have power consumption databases of video cards?

What is brand is the power supply?
MY HP oem power supply 250watt works fine with my 9700 pro,
its with a 80GB HD, 2.6P4HT, 2x512MBram, DVD burner..
im not sure if that additional PCI card will add more wattage, or if your AMD eats more power.. but
