Power Concerns With SLI

Anyone heard how that will work? 2 6800 GT's running side by side, along with the rest of the systems components? Or 2 6600 GTs for that matter. I was just wondering.

I don't think anyone knows anything beyond what was in the Nvidia SLI press kit: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2097.

The only new info we have gotten since then is that the Nforce4 will probably support SLI, most likely launched simultaneously around xmas.

well let me put it this way. your going to need a 430watt PSU if you have a basic system. now if you have a system like me which is also overclocked has 4 hds 3 opticals i'm betting a 550watt will be needed if not more.
