After upgrading from the original 256gb SSD to a 1TB SSD from Premium after cloning, the laptop will no longer power on from shut down, responding with 3 blinking orange LEDs. When plugged in, it can power on and remain on even unplugged running all my files and windows normally. Along with that, it no longer seems to be charging with the new SSD. I reverted back to the old SSD and everything works fine. Is the new SSD incompatible? Or are there steps im missing.

what's the laptop machine type and model, what's the old ssd model, what's the new ssd model, what's your bios, and have you updated all your Lenovo software using Lenovo system update lately?

Oh, and what does "from premium" mean?

A possibility is that the Yoga power supply system doesnt like the current draw associated with the new SSD (ie, it's pulling too much power for the established internal Yoga).

A marginal power supply system might not be able to both run the computer with the new SSD and also charge the battery.

Or

Maybe the SSD is defective.

A computer repair shop should be able to recommend a suitable/workable match.
