Power button info...

I am making a custom case (more details later), but I need to add a power button/switch somehow.... anyone have any info about doing this? Links on where I can buy or make this setup? thanks...

yep, all it takes is a little solder and u can add a rocker switch/automotive type switch/ or push button switch.

you are gonna need a Momentary Contact Normally Open Push Button switch (also known as M.C.N.O.). when you 'push the button' the switch 'closes', when you release the switch the circuit returns to 'open'!

I'm working on the same thing and was wondering how necessary it is to have a 10A - 250V Switch? Since i'll only be using it at 110V, do i still need a 10A rated switch? Most of the ones i see are rated for 3A (ie 900-7731) .......
