I was upgrading my firmware on my Linksys befw11s4 ver 2 and I was lucky enough to get a power bump. Does anyone have experiance with this? Can I just re flash it or is it toast?

Thanks.

it should have a reset button somewhere on the bottom that if presed for awhile will reset it to original factory settings.

Even with a firmware that was in the process of being flashed?

I lost my SMC broadband router last month because of losing power during a firmware flash. An expensive lesson thats for sure.

This is why having a UPS rules.

Yea that is why I finally went out and bought one. Guess I have to learn things the hard way

Yeah, I was scared of that happening so I got one before I ever did a bios flash. I live out in bfe though so power flickers are probably more common here.
