Power "blink" on start up

I just got an Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe and it has a wierd power blink when it starts up. Just after the keyboard lights flash the system does a blink.

so far nothing has helped.
I have

Upgraded the bios
tried different ram
tried a different power supply
removed mother board from case
powered up with ONLY the vid card hooked up to the motherboard.


Any Ideas? Is this going to hurt anything?

ATI X1900XT
WD RaptorX
Seagate 160 Pata drive
Lite-on DVD burner
Lite-on CDR burner
Corsair 620 watt power supply

Once the system powers up it has no issues at all and is very stable
