THE RULES

The game starts off with me asking a question (we'll restrict it to anything that can be considered general knowledge.. the kind of stuff you'd find in trivial pursuit-- NOT dumb stuff like 'how many times has my cat hurled today?')

The first person to submit a correct and appropriate response gets the "baton".

That person then gets to ask the next question, and when somebody gets that question right, they are handed the baton, And the cycle starts over again. If it takes the baton holder more than 10 minutes to think of a question, than the baton can either go back to the previous baton holder, or they can throw it out for grabs for whoever asks the next question to go.

To make it interesting, try to keep your questions about stuff you actually know--- dont go searching through the internet or books lookingn for questions to stump people. Also, try to answer the questions without using google-- however, sometimes that may be necessary.

one final rule-- dont go back and edit a response once you've said it. If you guess an answer incorrectly, and then think of the right answer, just post a new reply. Edited responses wont be counted.

with that said-- i'll kick this puppy off!

R.E.M.'s former manager's name was generally listed as "W. Jefferson Holt" in album liner notes. What does the "W" stand for?
