potential conflicts of this video & mboard combo?

I am getting the Shuttle KT266A board and was originally going to get a mx400 card. However, after hearing about the deal for the gts-v 32mb ddr card at newegg I am rethinking. Are these two safe to put together or is this a potential endless list of conflicts? Thanks
