1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
High-medium gaming, web browsing, and for study.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
Not more than €1000

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
The Netherlands

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.
Besides the quality and specs, no I don't really care which brand it is.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Yes, a LG Flatron W2243S-PF monitor.
*

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
No, I won't be OC as I'm not a pc techy person.

8. What resolution will you be using?
1920x1080

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.
Late August or September
*

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?
No, I already have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and other necessary software.

Hi, instead of i5 3570 I would go with the i5 3570K. Okay it's $20.00 USD more but will overclock higher that just the i5 3570. And whats the point in getting a 3rd party/after market cooler unless you plan to overclock. And trust me eventually you are goning to want to overclock. I also recommend getting another brand of power supply like Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, OCZ, Silverstone, etc.

I'm not a pc techy guy so I'm not planning to overclock. About Nexus NX-5000 R3 530W I've read possitive reviews on this psu, unless you can prove me I'm wrong or show me a much better psu I'll just stick with this one.

Given you're not overclocking, you could go with a cheaper mobo, too, like a B75 or H77.

But we haven't asked [thread=80121]the right questions[/thread] yet to review all your hardware.

The Nexus got an Editor's Choice from SPCR, which ain't exactly easy for something with a fan. It is an older design that is probably not terribly efficient, but I'd say it's OK other than that.

Agree on the sticky and a less expensive motherboard probably being sufficient.

The Caviar Black is also overpriced (as usual). You can get a 2TB Seagate (dual 1TB platters) for the same price. I'd avoid the silly heatspreaders on that memory in favor of this Kingston kit with normal heatspreaders.
