Not more than €1,000.00=$1,249.74

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible. The
Netherlands

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
See list

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Yes, a LG Flatron W2243S-PF monitor and a brother DCP-130c.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080

September.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I don’t need Crossfire or SLI and Firewire. I do like USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s. Onboard gpu and UEFI would be nice but is not necessary. So a good H77 mobo would be perfect for me.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Pretty nice list you've put together there. I only have a couple of nitpicks;
- HDD : The WD Black isn't worth 30% more than a 7K1000.D
- GPU: The factory OC on the 7870 isn't worth paying extra for. You can drag sliders to the right yourself.
- Mobo: Given your requirements, you don't really even need an H77 board. This ASRock B75M seems to do what you want.
- SSD : The ~60 euro savings from the above would let you get an Intel 330 120GB for 25 euro net, well within your budget.
