::snork:: What an idiot (the reporter, not you). Street racing has been around almost since the first car rolled off the assembly line. The Rice and the Ridiculous crap just made it more mainstream.

Where I live, most of the ricers don't race, they just sit around in the Safeway parking lot and play with their lights and shiny things until the cops politely disperse them, then they go home and be depressed about their pathetic, meanlingless existence and pout.
