Some of the Lexmark models have a very good PostScript compatible language but IDK if it is PS3 compatible - last I heard it was PS2 compatible. It's a lot cheaper than the "real" Adobe PS3 upgrades available for others.
. I saw a Samsung on Newegg with PS3 for under $300. Some of the Lexmarks do have PS3 emulation, but the prices were over $500. You can find software PS emulators - slows printing quite a bit - most versions of Linux/Unix come with GhostScript which does that but I'm not sure about PS3. Check sites like Download.com, Tucows.com or majorgeeks.com.
My ML-2151N came with Postscript 3... Of course, with the network card, duplex unit, Postscript 3 support was built in.
According to Samsung's site, the ML-6060 is a discontinued product. How long have you had it?
To get a NEW laser printer that will do Postscript 3, you're going to spend more than $140. More like close to $450+. Granted, for the $450 you're going to get a hell of a lot more printer, that will do more for a long time...
BTW, check out the buyer feedback/reviews on newegg for the 2151N printer... 😉
How about posting up the model you're talking about???????? I don't see a newegg link in your previous post, so just saying there is one at that price point is useless.
