Just wondering why I only seem to be able to post and reply to topics from my PC at home.

I can log in at work ok, but get the 'you are not allowed to post messages in this forum' response when I try to post. The same happens if I'm trying form a friends PC or another public PC. Why is this?! Have Anandtech bugged my PC, so that I can only use the forums from my PC at home?
 
I'm in Hong Kong.

At work using a dial-up connection, at home using 6M home broadband connection. Could this be a reason? Haven't tried from another large bandwith connection other than from at home.
 
The other ISP's you are using may be banned depending on who they are. The Forum FAQ should list the ISP's that are not allowed. Maybe you where tring to post from one of these ISP's???
