Okay... it works. Will the javascript work if I reply in netscape, IE, and firefox simultaneously?
 
Nope, it still wins, even if you use 3 different browsers, and even if you use the quick reply button.

At least since the new forum upgrade. I remember that there was a stink about it being 30 seconds because people were trying to post that often (me for one) and had to wait.
