Posting in AT question

Hi,

When I go to post a reply or start a new topic (and I'm logged in) I can only see the POST MESSAGE and CANCEL buttons.

When I'm not logged in and I reply to a post, I can see the REPLY TO THREAD - PREVIEW - and CANCEL buttons

I'm assuming this isn't normal, and wondering what about my configuration is not correct. If this is normal, please say so.

The last time I could see a 'preview' button while logged in here was a couple years ago, then something on the board changed.

He did, rigth here but he edited it out for some strange reason.

Can someone answer the question before it gets locked? :
