I see in the Help section that a feature can be turned on to let people post code (HTML, Java, etc.)

How come this option isn't available for us to use? (or is it something I need to do in my profile?)
 
Okay... so if it's by category, could we try it out in a few categories and see how it goes? DC would be a great place to start! 🙂 This one is coming up more and more often...
