How do I go about posting a photo in post to show people who are reading my post what I'm talking about.There is no button that I can see to attach a photo to my post.How do I go about doing this?
 
Directly attaching a picture isn't allowed here. You'll have to host the picture somewhere else and link to the picture with the following button.

Sorry I don't see those icons anywhere above the quick reply box or the reply box.Do I have to set it some where in my personal settings for it to show up?
 
User CP --> Edit Options --> Miscellaneous Options (this is at the very bottom) --> Message Editor Interface (change this to Enhanced Interface - full WYSIWG version).
