th7-2 1.6a. when I oc, and it ocs well, it always hangs after power up. It hangs on code 29 on the abit baord(measure cpu speed, invoke video bios) does not seem to matter how little or how much I oc 1.8-2.1. after initial power up and the hange time I just reach over and hit reset and it boots no problem, everythhing is fine after that. Any ideas that I can try would be apreciated.

gipat, The older bios version can't support the newer P4 with 512KB L2. Go to Abit's site and DL the latest bios version. Good luck, Barks

I already updated the bios to 38 and it runs fine its just when I try to oc I have to hit reset to get it to boot. I have had it up to 2136 with default voltage. Do I need to up the vcore I tryed it to 1.55 still the same problem.

I was checking on another site and sombody was talking about needing an even newer bios a beta bios to resole this. oh and thats code 26 not 29. The strange thing is this is the same place it hung when I first got the board and it did need a bios upgrad from 37 to 38 to acomadate my northwood
