I'd like to know the amount of jump possible passing from standard cooling to a 'real hardcore' cooling, like ArctiCooler, Alpha, GlobalWin...
What REAL jump you experienced passing to such hc cooling??

I've got a 700cb0 very stable at 970/139 1.85V (probably limited by pc100 sdram) using standard secc2 heatsink and a 6000rpm 50x50x20 fan (open case + outtake fan + AC). What can I expect from this chip using an arcticooler/alpha/G_orb??

I recently purchased a Celeron II 533A processor and successfully overclocked it to 920Mhz! I was able to do this simply by scrapping my stock fan and popping in a GoldenOrb CPU Cooler. This thing works great! Before I was only able to hit 800MHz. I think I can pep it up higher but I also thing my PC100 ram is holding me up.

The "jump" you talk about is not just in raw MHz increase. It's at what stress levels this higher speed can be run.

Example:
I run my 700 cB0 at 933/133 at 1.60 V with stock heatsink/fan. BUT: it runs quite hot (can'te remember exactly, but it was around 105 deg F / 40 deg C under stress (SETI).

Then I put an Alpha 6035 cooler with fan on. I was ow running at 966/138, 1.65 V, at 90 deg F under stress.

Then I put a Peltier on and I added a 120 mm exhaust fan in the side of the case, directly above the outward blowing alpha fan.

Now, I run at 1029 MHz / 147 fsb, 1.70 V, and 85 deg F at 100% stress.

My point: it's not just the higher speed you achieve with better cooling, you're able to achieve that higher speed with less heat being generated.
