Post your work out routine for the week.

Started about 2 months ago after years of little activity. At age 40 and overweight. I did join 24hr fitness here.

Monday through Sat :

30 min cardio

15min elliptical machine @ 5% incline 140 reps per min

15min treadmill @ 5% incline 3mph

Mon/Wed/Fri I add chest /arm/shoulder exercise for an additional 20 min.

I used to be in shape in my teens / early twenty's but stopped exercising after getting married and having kids.

I'm looking at excercise as my medication to feel good and it's working. The only goal is to get there everyday.

What do you do to work out weekly ?

Locked due to the childish comments from the usual morons.

mon/wed/fri - run on the potomac bike path until I almost pass out.

tue/thur/sun - pyramid push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, reverse push-ups, flutter kicks, etc etc.

Right now I'm just trying to get a little lean before I get back on the free weights. Pyramid workouts will kick your ass.

i have very physically demanding sex with myself 3 times a day. this keeps me in shape.I wont say what KIND of shape... .
