Started about 2 months ago after years of little activity. At age 40 and overweight. I did join 24hr fitness here.
Monday through Sat :
30 min cardio
15min elliptical machine @ 5% incline 140 reps per min
15min treadmill @ 5% incline 3mph
Mon/Wed/Fri I add chest /arm/shoulder exercise for an additional 20 min.
I used to be in shape in my teens / early twenty's but stopped exercising after getting married and having kids.
I'm looking at excercise as my medication to feel good and it's working. The only goal is to get there everyday.
What do you do to work out weekly ?
