I don't have a good one, so let's see what you guys have, include a link too.

Oh and what's a good site to get these babies at? I have been using Windows XP w/o goodies (grey ol windows) for like a year and a half now.

Oh, you're a Micrsoft guy. Never mind.

My favorite theme is for Gnome. It looked almost exactly like Mac OS X.

So, I guess my favorite theme of all time is on a default installation of Mac OS X.
 
I use a theme called "Watercolor". It looks nice, and it is very simple. It doesn't have gigantic title bars wasting space, non-rectangular junk, or super-flashy distractions.
