First, you need to have MBM5 installed. Then you can set MBM5 to keep log of the sensor readings. In my case, I specify it to create the log in HTML format. In addition to that, there are a couple other settings that you can specify:
This is the settings that I have:
General tab:
The interval with which MBM 5 should work: 2 seconds.
High/Low tab, under settings tab:
Interval time for high/low log writing: 1800 seconds (30 mins)
Maximum high/low entries in log: 1 entries
and finally, you can adjust which sensor(s) you want to display. Sensors displayed on mine:

CPU Temp
CPU Voltage
3.3 volts
5.00 volts
12 volts
-12 volts
-5 volts
Fan 1 speed
