I don't know much about the benchmark, but I'm not sure whether that's good/bad, I wonder what it said for others?
For me it said my system throttling took 2 tries to stabalize....
I wonder if that is supposed to be a measure of stability or merely an indication of how long it took the application to stabalize the operating cycles and allocate the appropriate RAM/processor time for the benchmark.

I just updated mine, and my scores were a tad bit better, but not much. So I edited
my post. I was wondering why my FPS was low. Rand, I think you have a good point
about the system stabilization. It took mine 25 tries. So I'm thinking it might be
indicative to the system app and not your computer system! I may edit my and add a 1024x768, 32-Bit,
high-detail a little bit l8ter tonight!

Overall, everyone's scores look about the same (or within the same ballpark). They don't
seem to be way off, like Sandra 2002 or PCMark2002...!

It's impossible to tell, as yet we do not have enough data to gauge the relative reliability, or the margain of error inherent in the benchmark. No testing has been done to see if OS and/or other associated software impacts the score. Whether the HDD the test is being run from impacts the score in any significant margain. We have little information to judge how the benchmark tests hardware, or how varying systems score with identical hardware changing only one piece at a time.
At this point the benchmark tells us nothing but a number then means very little by itself. Much much more information would need to be gathered before it would be possible to make any sort of a judgement on the capabilities of the benchmark or your systems performance in said benchmark.

Yours is the only P4 system as yet tested that I've seen which makes any judgements even more difficult.

It's clear that this benchmark is NOT at all fond of the P4 however, as your scores are quite similar in many areas to my own system.... despite the fact that your P4 1.6GHz should undoubtedly be far superior in real world performance.

Late to the party... but here goes:

First time I ran it, it said 3 tries to stabilize, 2nd time it said 15 tries... not sure of the significance of that.

Resolution: 1024x768 @ 16 bit, low-detail

CPU/Cache/FSB: 667185 SM's
CPU/RAM/Chipset: 174560 SM's
FPU(SPFP): 792238 SM's
FPU(Integer): 2106674 SM's
Direc3d: 440 FPS
Spreadsheet: 146963 SM's
Business: 1231978 SM's
Imaging: 62948 SM's

System is a P4 1.6A oc'd to 2.13GHz, with PC2100 DDR, on an Asus P4B266-C. See my system rigs for more details.
