I guess this is a good time to ask how come mine always shows packets and not bytes?

Anyone know how much 7,000,000 packets comes out to? 🙂

Heh, not sure.. I've used NICs that show packets instead of bytes, too.. must just be something in the driver config.

Well, assuming your packet size is normal @ 1500 bytes, then 7,000,000 packets would be about 10gb. 😛 Seem about right?

and it's uptime:
