Here's mine:

Keyboard Cleaning:

I originally used this guide:

http://theminiblog.co.uk/archi...ng-the-apple-keyboard/

Here's what I do:

1. Disassemble keyboard
2. Toss keys & brackets in a Ziploc freezer bag (I like Hefty One-Zip bags for the convenience of the zipper), fill with Liquid Dish Soap, and use your sink's sprayer with warm water to get it foamy. About 1/3 or 1/2 full is good. Shake it up and then roll the keys around with your hands for a few minutes (watch TV or something to pass the time). I let it sit for a few minutes after that to get all the crud off. To wash off the keys, I put them in a mesh strainer (like for noodles) and use the sink sprayer hose to spray off the suds. Don't forget to put a plug on the drain just in case you spill any keys!
3. Using a 50% water/50% rubbing alcohol mix, watch off the keyboard itself with paper towels and a toothbrush. Don't get it too wet because it's not sealed. Don't forget to wipe off the sides and bottom.
4. Let everything dry and then reassemble.

Voila, shiny new keyboard!

Screen Cleaning: (for laptops)

For light screen cleaning, I just use a small Microfiber cloth. You can get one at Staples or at any place that sells eyeglass equipment.

For heavy cleaning, I use a 50% water/50% rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth. Rub with the wet end of the cloth to get the smudges out and then quickly use the dry end to clean it up. This can take some elbow grease if it's gotten nasty. Also give the keyboard keys a quick wipe so that when you close the lid, the grease won't transfer to the screen.

Case Cleaning:

For light cleaning, a paper towel with a 50% water/50% rubbing alcohol will clean off smudges and sticky parts.

For medium cleaning, use Chlorox wipes. This works well on White MacBooks and keeps it white.

For heavy cleaning, use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Gets those deep marks out!

I've heard a magic eraser works great for getting rid of the dirt on the white macbook palmrests. Haven't tried it myself yet though.

For basically everything but the screen I just use Magic Erasers to clean my hardware. Haven't needed to use it on my desktop keyboard yet (Apple Aluminum Wired) but they are incredible for the MacBook... seriously it practically looks brand new. For the screen i use simple lens cleaner like for my glasses.
