I'm almost possitive that phish didn't cover that. I think that it is an extremely false mis-labeling on all file sharing networks
I'm pretty sure thadynamite hack did gin and juice(just checked CDnow.com, doesn't seem to be on any dynamite hack CDs)

that is what i thought. but i couldn't find it on the cd's (like you). it doesn't show up on www.dynamitehack.com either. 😕
