Even Americans have ethnic backgrounds you Neanderthals.

Yes, we're white and from America. My family has been in the states since the 17th century. All of them were born and raise as Americans. So, my background has always been Ribeye State and so forth. So STFU ignorant asshole.

In Texas there seemed to be lots of Hungarian and Czech heritage, and kolaches are really popular. My favorite kolache is made with sausage in it, it's not very dessert-like but it is delish. :p

QFMFT as a proud Korean-American, but you guys suck at nice, hot, watery soup dishes.

Nothing in the world can pwn a HOT bowl ofPHO!! after a night of drinking.

Garnish it with fresh thai basil, lemon grass, slices of lime and even hot sauce. Your chicken soup got nothing on this.

As a vietnamese american I am suprised at how so many people can like pho. It isn't that great IMHO, there are other better vietnamese water soups such as Roast Duck Noodle Soup, and Bun Bo Hue

I don't know where you live, but I went on the hunt for the best Pho SoCal had to offer, and I found it. Some crazy, crazy shop with both northern style pho and southern style pho; no MSG, slow cooked for hours, sublime. After you finish, chap your lips and it's got a slight gelatenous (sp?) feel to it because the both was so goddamn beefy.

Real pho is win.
