Just installed netcounter and got 146mb. Does it only count since last reboot? Any way in the OS to see these stats?

damn, i listen to pandora in my car a lot....

Ok, so checked the verizon site, I have 308 so far this month, 14 days left in cycle. Wife only has 131mb on hers.

This is using a BB9700 with a 500mb monthly plan. Don't really see how people can chew up hundreds of MB's a month unless they are streaming YouTube/Pandora.

My phone just used 2.5mb overnight downloading emails. Theres 75mb right there. Throw in daytime emails, some browsing, some app downloads/updates and its very easy to get a few hundred mb.

I don't quite understand the point of this...unless you travel a lot?

Pandora is my big data hog. Its on whenever I am in my car.

You have never wanted internet on your notebook and there was no wifi available?

Honestly, a BB is a very light data using device, & I go to the full page of websites, not the mobile.
