I think he wants "bunny hopping."

Those who can do it, have an unfair advantage, since this allows them to use a flaw in the game, and move much faster than everyone else, where in this game, speed is everything. Or he's an annoying "I jump constantly and shoot." Its know that jumping and shooting isn't accure. New update fixed that.

Bunny hopping is not CS 1.3 jumping. Bunny hopping, which allowed quicker movement, was mostly removed from the game before 1.3. It was still possible but not worth it. Then, noobs confused constant jumping (which doesn't help too much either) with bunny hopping. So they decided to defy the law of physics and cause a mid-air slowdown after a jump. Unfortunately, the maps were designed with jumping in mind and jumping out of the way of fire was great too. The new jumping system encourages campers by giving you no means to move out of the way and attack. So, an admin mod plugin was developed to enable the old jumping in 1.5 servers. I was aking for some of these servers.
