Forgot another one - TigerDirect has a quad core i5-3570K 3.4Ghz going up for $149 on their BF ad (can't get it yet).
 
I own a TH68B Biostar motherboard, considering $70 is the high end (ie added features) of the H61 price ramge, $89.99 free shipping before $20 MIR for a Z77 board is very good. Just have no illustions concerning it being a very budget board.

Asrock Z77 Extreme3 or better Z77 Extreme4 are better:
