My T40 should be arriving soon. Jus wondering if there are any cool accessories out there that I might wanna get for it....
 
A portable surge protector is a great accessory for any notebook. I bought myself a Tripplite Traveler from Dell Accessories (sale + free ship).

It's got some nice features
+ 1050 Joule rating
+ wall plug retracts into unit, making it more compact
+ 2 outlets
+ telephone line splitter
+ ground AND protected lights (most 1 socket ones seem to have just 1 light)

Build quality is excellent. I had a 1 socket Tripplite surge protector made of cheap, creaky plastic. In contrast, this one feels very solid.
 
you're lucky, i wish i could afford a T40, i don't really have any cool laptop accessories. i have a Belkin travel surge protector and a microsoft travel mouse. i don't really see what accessories you're looking for though.
