Towards all those who are bickering -(Directed at user SNOW)
It sadens me in hearing your pesemistic attitude towards such a tragedy. Remember, 50,000 workers worked in the towers, and there is no count on the dead, and estimates in the 10,000 are starting to seem plausable. What struck me as the most memorable moments were the couple hugging and choosing to jump, and a picture of a man waving for help, holding on to the side, with no floor inside beneath him.
People died. The reason the SS took Bush away was because they wanted to prevent any eventualities. YOU know what happened, but only those responsible knew WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN at THAT time. We now know that the other plane that crashed was prevented from heading towards the white house only because of those few who gave there lives on the plane to stop a hijacking.
Please stop your ingress on the already battered pride of the US. Bush has his problems, but you do too. Regarless of Protocols and Bushs' weakness, let me land a hard blow to your "pride" so that you will wake up:
Have you realize that you are, in essense, indifferent for the life of the President. If it was your wife or your GF, you would want them to get away. He was one of the "spouses" of the country, and I am proud that the US saved him, regardless of details.
Please stop bickering. I am only here because I am washing my close before i go to work because i forgot to do it last night. My only goal in writing now is to get something into the minds of those bickerees:
Get the hell out of your bed. Go Give Blod. Go Pray to GOd for letting YOU live through the night. Stop complaining about the past

i was actually going to go to NEW YOrk today as a last trip with my dad before going to college, and in the mourning, I probably would have been up there and by now I would have been dead for a day, alongside my father. I overslept -an act of GOD I bet
Pray to God or your own God a prayer of thanks for your life. pray for all those brave men who gave there lives for the lives of the innocent. Pray a paryer of thanks for the life of the President.
If you dare criticize this, that would be truely sad, and I will pray for you.
