Post your bad experiences with newegg

Never any problem. RMAs are easy (one click). I'm an IT tech and probably spend $500 a month at NewEgg.

newegg is fine, ive had fvckups with them but they always fix it. no reason to not buy from them.

never had a problem with them that would make me stop shopping with them, had to rma once, worked out fine.

They had the nerve to charge my credit card for something I ordered, but other than that they have been top notch. If it wasn't for that charge thingy I would order from them all the time just so I could have a different toy delivered to my door each day!
