Everyone likes something different, and everyone wants to ask the opinion of someone who owns a piece of equipment before they buy it.

Speakers: Cliffhanger Audio Bulldogs, KRK 6000 studio monitors (currently unused)
Amp: Alesis RA-100

Soundcard: M-audio Audiophile

Headphones:
Shure E3Cs (I need to sell these - I don't much like them)
Etymotic Research IM716 (better and cheaper than the Shures)
Sony MDR-7506 (nearly indestructible, but the treble's exaggerated)
Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10s (only IEMs I've ever liked.)

MP3 players: Currently hoping to find an old iPod 4G and perform a "DIYmod" bypass of the internal audio circuitry combined with a portable headphone amp. Currently don't actually have one aside from a Creative which sounds awful.

Let's stick to using this thread since it's already established and has lots of fun pictures as well

Receiver: Denon AVR-988
Speakers: Bose Acoustimass 3, Olympus satellite for center (I know, I'm working on it!)
Sub: Sony 12" (working on that, too)
Headphones: Senneheiser HD-580
Input devices: Sony DVD (coax), Pioneer 101-disc CD changer (Toslink), PS3 (analog for time being), PS2 (analog), 4-track cassette recorder (analog), Technics direct-drive phonograph (analog), Digidesign Pro Tools 002R (coax), Dish Network box (analog).

When I get an HDTV, the PS3 will go to HDMI and I'll ditch the Sony DVD player.

Receiver: Onkyo TX-SR705
Speakers: Athena 2 LS-500 Fronts, LSC-100 Center, 4 LS-50 Surrounds.
Sub: BIC H-100

Audio Sources
HTPC Sound Card: HT Omega Striker 7.1 via SPDIF COAX
HD-DVR via HDMI
Xbox 360 via SPDIF OPTICAL
Wii via L/R :(
Upscale DVD via HDMI

The HTPC watching movies or listening to music is really where the system shines, I just need to get a blu-ray drive for it eventually. However it plays DVD's significantly better than my upscale DVD player, its just a matter of how lazy I am.
