Post up Error, Help!!

Got an Asus board, Award bios. Gives 1 long and 3 short beeps on post and stops. tried moving ram sticks but no help. Was in the process of changing h-drives and it started this on a reboot. Put every thing back the way it was but no help.
Ideas????😕
 
reseat the ram again as that beep code on award bios is usually ram related as you've suspected. Also, make certain that all cables are seated completely and oriented correctly. Try clearing the CMOS if the other suggestions don't work. Good luck and keep me posted how your making out.
 
seems that Award must use the long and three short for video problem. Cant trust the companys for correct answers. Switched slots on the vid card and all is ok.
