Would check the real cause first.
Might not be an issue with the roof but in it not being vented properly.(still not a cheap fix though)
And would need mold checks as well.

Yeah it's the roof. The plywood is completely soaked with water. It's a miracle that's the only spot that's leaking. I have bad luck with water... need to redo the weeping tiles too.

You mean like all the plywood or just a single board?
If just a single one yeah, if basically all of it might have been from frost in the attic.(still bad)

(Here it was raining in the attic at one from how much frost had built up and then started to melt.)

No one got it.
