Well that's a different link, so yeah, that DVD does appear to be region free, at least from what the seller says and I have no way of verifying that claim as I do not see that disc elsewhere. Regardless it's still not a North American release and not sold by Amazon, plus the subtitles, if they work, are seemingly very poor. Those are third party marketplace sellers; you expect Zip to buy a UK version from some random third party marketplace seller? Ok. I'm sure you'll post an eBay link next...

Trust me, if this was easily available, I would already own it. This will not be coming down the pipe for Zip until the new year I'm guessing. I guess we'll see. Sorry, I'm just extra grouchy today and sick of misinformation being thrown about.

...high wind watch in effect from wednesday afternoon through
thursday morning near lake michigan...

The national weather service in chicago has issued a high wind
watch...which is in effect from wednesday afternoon through
thursday morning.

* timing...winds will quickly increase thursday afternoon...with
strong and potentially damaging winds likely late wednesday
afternoon through wednesday night and possibly lingering into
early thursday morning.

* winds...north to northeast winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to
60 mph area likely.

* impacts...the very strong winds could result in minor wind
damage...downed tree limbs and power lines. High rise buildings
near the lake will experience even stronger winds just a couple
hundred feet above ground...so be certain everything that could
be susceptible to high winds such as windows are secured.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. Sustained winds of at least 40 mph...or gusts of
58 mph or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest
forecasts.
