Its okay if you contributed to 401k or whatever. just post the difference between the gross amount you earned on the check vs the actual value deposited. Oh, and note how often you get paid, like, once a week, once every two weeks, twice a month, etc.

The difference on mine is about: $1,100.
i get paid once every two weeks.

About $8598. I get paid weekly.

EDIT: ok, so I was dreaming again 😉. Actual difference is around $700 semi-weekly.

Would it not be easier to say, "Post the difference between your gross and net income"?

Edited for a momentarily lapse in mental faculties.

Posting your net income is not as interesting as seeing how much of a difference people take home versus earn.

Agreed. For some reason, what is typed above was not the thought I had. Error between brain, and fingers (it happens as we age, unfortunately).

That should have read something more along the lines of, "Post the difference between your gross and net income."

I get 2 checks a month.

You must be one rich B----- then, huh?

That total is split between the two checks... and no .. certainly not rich.

Ah okay...I was going to say that being taxed 28% on $6670 x 24 times a year, isn't bad at all...

About 45% of my check, between taxes, health insurance, long term disability, dental, 401k, health care spending account.... it costs a ton.

Used to be $950 difference but since stocks are now out of the equation, $700 or so... this is biweekly.

Mnie is about $1,700 difference per check (every 2 weeks) Taxes, insurance, 401(k), etc. It all ends up to about 1/3 of my pay. Ugh!
