Also, i am one of those dumb employees. No i don't work at either of those chains, but i do work at a similar one.

After a 15 hr. Boxing Day shift yesterday, i can say that the dumb ones are usually the customers :roll:

Don't get me wrong though, there are some pretty bad employees too.
