The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. cool thanks 🙂 ... I can hear it, just that we enabled new firewall settings, and windows media encoder/player uses a range of ports.

So I wanted to make sure it could negotiate properly ... being a server ... so many freaking rules get blocked it's hard to track down legit ones!
