Post RAID 0 : Re-align my SSD

Hi,

I've been running two Vertex 3 in a RAID 0 for abt 6 months. For other reasons I am re-installing Windows 7. At this opportunity I'd like to give my SSDs a clean slate to make up for performance losses.

Is it enough to just format the existing partition in the windows setup, or to delete it and create a new one?
