I need help finding out the worth of an item not related to computers and I'm having trouble finding info about it online. I know price checks aren't allowed, but am I allowed to ask for help in finding another site or someone that might be able to help me?
 
A post written as generic as this would be acceptable.

A couple of starting points will be Google (froogle.com), amazon and eBay.
