Hello, this is going to be my first ever custom pc that i build. I make short films and have picked out parts to for that. I will be using adobe premiere. I also like gaming but i will be mainly video editing. Tell me your thoughts.

A GTX Titan X for Premier? That is massive overkill right there, Premier makes use of CUDA but nowhere near the level where I would be able to justify paying for that card for this kind of work. Premier uses a CPU far more than it does the GPU and I'd recommend going back to the X99 platform as an i7 5820K will help you far more than a Titan and perform better than an i7 Skylake for this task.
