Post Procrastination High...Anyone Else Get It?

Any of you ever get that awesome feeling after finishing/turning in something that you had put off despite a fast-approaching due date? I just turned in two essays that I was up until 4:30 last night working on and took a test that I had been cramming for. After handing it all in I literally felt physically better.

I coin this phenomenon the "Post Procrastination High".

Only when I first started procrastinating. When procrastinating became a habit, the stress and anxiety of getting the product finished overcame the satisfaction when getting it done.Truth is, if you ever want to accomplish anything good you should always spend a good amount of time on it and it will be better if you learn it early in your life. Just my 2 cents

Regards
