My grandfather owned several car dealerships since the early 1950's, and would get a couple new cars every year. It would be impossible to post them all.
There was one he never sold thugh. A 1964 Cadillac Coupe deVille convertable. Looks like this one:
The one in the front kinda looks like my old Dodge Dart slant 6 beach mobile I had early 80's in Hawaii.
Looks to be a Buick though, close.
I guess you mean originally, some of my Grandfathers drove some pretty advanced cars.
I remember growing up my Grandfather had something like this that was my great grandfathers similar to this, but was an older truck with wooden wheel spokes even, and it looked like a gypsy wagon on the back end of it.
Too young at the time to remember it right, I think it might have been an old converted REO Speedwagon.
Drove? When? Over my years growing up they both had multiple cars...Most memorable was my maternal grandfather had an early second gen (1982?) Bronco and we always insisted on riding in the "very back" 🙂 That was fun.
Paternal had a pimp 1970s style custom Chevy van he built himself. Super cool to us kids.
