1) The rounded IDE cable is included with the MSI i865PE board...so no work involved for me :D But I do think that they are shrink wrapped or somethin' like that.
2) I think that it is a 90mm fan.

Not exactly the cleanest looking case... but everything's out of the way so airflow is good and case temp stays at room temp.
